FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT

TULSA, Okla. – Arvest Bank has entered into an agreement with Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (“M&I”), a financial services corporation headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to purchase its three Tulsa area branch locations and certain deposit, loan and associated contracts.

The branch purchase is subject to receiving regulatory approvals, which are expected within 60 days. Acquisitions include M&I locations at 2500 West Edison, 11032 South Memorial and 5120 South Garnett in Tulsa.

These additional locations will add to the momentum we have in Northeast Oklahoma and throughout the state” said Don Walker, Arvest President/CEO in Tulsa.

Arvest anticipates no significant impact on staffing at the three acquired locations as a result of the purchase and expects to convert the customer accounts to Arvest products with minimal impact on customers. Customers will have access to the full range of Arvest products and services including Oklahoma's largest branching network and Arvest's high level of convenience with Tulsa area branch hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Arvest Bank, with total assets over nearly $9.5 billion, operates more than 210 branches in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas through a network of 16 locally managed community banks. For more information, please visit www.arvest.com.
