These hands on on-site anger management trainings utilize their skill building model of intervention which focuses on the "8 Tools of Anger Control". Trainings will teach participants skills in 8 core areas of intervention. Pre and post assessments are also available. Participants are also exposed to DVD’s, interactive role play exercises, PowerPoint, and an experiential team building approach.
These on-site trainings can be offered in 1/2 day, full day, or several day formats. Participants are given a copy of this 8 Tool model based on their acclaimed book, "Anger Management for the Twenty-first Century". Follow up one on one anger management/ Assertiveness coaching is also available.
These trainings are popular for Human Resource staff as either a preventative intervention for employees or part of a post-incident disciplinary action.
