SmartHide 2.0.49 has been Released

Arovax Company, has released SmartHide 2.0.49 in 08 October 2007. The greatest changes have been made for Vista platform. Until now you cannot hide IP address on Vista.

Arovax Company, a leading producer of shareware and freeware software for home users and office workers has released SmartHide 2.0.49 in 08 October 2007.

The main change - the opportunity to run software on Vista (x86) platform. Now you can hide IP address easily on Vista (x86). In previous versions of SmartHide you couldn’t hide IP address on Vista. It showed that IP address is hidden when it wasn’t so. Such occasions happened in Vista when you worked in user’s account or if UAC (User Account Control) was switched on. The same thing had a place in Windows XP if you was using user’s account instead of administration’s one. This factor resulted in loss of password, login name and settings.

Now you can be assured that you won’t forget to switch to an administration account in order to use SmartHide in the right way. If you will forget about that anyway, a special notification message will appear for you.

Last but not least modification has been involved into SmartHide: SmartHide will be installed only on the supported platform exclusively. Now a user should not worry about the compatibility of SmartHide and his/her operating system. So, updated version of SmartHide works much more productive and faster than previous one.

Some truly words declaiming that SmartHide can hide IP address on Vista have been said by one of SmartHide customers, James Garbon: "The only reason I could not hide IP address with SmartHide was my platform (Vista x86). But with upgraded version I can hide IP address and can do it better then previously on Windows XP. Thanks guys!" Our technical personal fully agreed with James because they have noticed it too. So, we are happy that we are not along in our opinion.
