Renaissance Creative's promotions made for record number of visitors to Palencia's Holiday Showhomes

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT

The annual Palencia Holiday Showhomes, benefiting four Northeast Florida charities, received a tremendous push when the local independent channel and ABC, NBC and CBS affiliates all broadcast live in November to promote the event.

Each morning show went live to a reporter from Bella Terra, Palencia’s newest neighborhood, to bring viewers a glimpse of the four magnificently decorated ICI Homes. Packaged reports also aired on the stations throughout the day.

“When it comes to media relations and public relations, that's what it all comes down to. Can you get to the right people and can you deliver the right message to them?” said Tim Hamby, president of Renaissance Creative. “That's exactly what we do. We know the media. We specialize in message development and strategic placement of our clients’ story in print, radio, television, and the web. We believe in targeted, hands-on communication.”

In addition to the multiple live reports that helped create record traffic to the Palencia showhomes, Renaissance Creative also partnered with COMCAST to produce a 30-second PSA that aired over 300 times on the cable system.

“We experienced an increase in attendance over the past two years, that we believe can be directly contributed to the effective Renaissance Creative PR campaign,” said Naomi Lumley, director of sales and marketing for Hines at Palencia.

Renaissance Creative -- headed by Hamby, along with partners and co-creative directors, Matthew Britt and architect Ed Bondi, has won numerous awards in residential, commercial, resort and destination marketing, offering a broad range of services including comprehensive advertising and strategic public relations, media planning, brand development, graphic design, web-development, architectural and interior design services, and signage programs.
