Encourages them to serve God and walk in their calling

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT

LONGWOOD, FL — It’s common knowledge that women have been oppressed for years, but not many people know they have also been held back from serving God in their calling for various reasons. Now, in E. Njeri Gakunju’s Woman: Step Out of the Boat: Answering God’s Call on Your Life (paperback, 978-1-60266-987-1), it is time for them to step out. God is raising women in the church with power, but they will have to answer the call first.

The need for women to step out was made apparent to Gakunju in 2005, when God spoke to her and said He was going to be using Esthers. At the time, it was unclear to her whether He meant a generation of Esthers or people called Esther. As time went by, He began to impress upon her heart with increasing urgency to reach out to the Esthers of today and encourage them to step out into ministry. God wants women everywhere to be a big part of the great revival that is going to spread across the earth. As He illustrated to Gakunju through various scriptures, there are things holding women back from serving Him and walking in their calling. In this book, women will discover what those things are—and how to overcome them.

“I believe women everywhere have been looking for a book like this to affirm them in their calling,” says Gakunju. “I also know God spoke to me, and women everywhere need this message or I will be walking in disobedience. There are women out there who have been where I was a couple of years back.”

E.Njeri Gakunju is a missionary from Kenya who currently resides in Santa Rosa, California. She is a freelance writer.

Xulon Press, a part of Salem Communications Corporation, is the world’s largest Christian publisher, with more than 4,000 titles published to date. Retailers may order Woman: Step Out of the Boat through Ingram Book Company and/or Spring Arbor Book Distributors.
