Financial Expert, Xavier Thomas, speaks on “home buying” at Quality of Life Center

Financial expert, Xavier Thomas (Madison Funding, Inc.), spoke on “home ownership” Saturday January 5, 2008 at the Quality of Life Center at 2630 Harford Road (Baltimore, MD 21218) from 9 a.m. – 12 noon.
Xavier talked about many subjects that contribute to the process of wealth building, such as repairing your credit; purchasing that first home; refinancing the home you have; buying investment property, and much more.
Thomas appeared for six weeks in 2007 as a featured financial expert on Fox 45s’, "The Wallet Diet," which aired on CW Baltimore (WNUV-54) and WBFF-2's Good-TV (Comcast Channel 206).
He held the 2007 "Home Buyers Expo" at Mondawmin Mall in Baltimore, his attempt at educating the community on the steps to wealth building. At the expo held workshops, such as "Wealth Building" and "Steps to Home Ownership." The "Home Buyers Expo" was sponsored in part by The Baltimore Times, Radio One's Magic 95.9 and Madison Funding, Inc.
Thomas is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and a certified Residential and Relocation Specialist, Thomas is a married (27 years) father of four. He has work experience as a Realtor, Financial Counselor, Loan Funding Specialist/Officer, and as an Originating Loan Specialist.
