New Programs Offer Total Body Wellness

ASHBURN, Va., - The Medical Spa at Nova and Nova Medical Group are proud to announce four new signature programs including: Nova Mind, Body Health; Smoking Cessation; Fibromyalgia Management and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Each program provides a custom approach to total wellness, helping individuals reach their optimal health through integrative medicine.

The Nova Mind Body Health Program offers psychological counseling and stress management programs customized to the individual needs of each patient. Starting with an initial assessment appointment, the optimal program is selected to achieve the individuals wellness goals. Programs within the Nova Mind Body Health Program include; BioFeedback, Psychotherapy, Guided Imagery, Healing Visualizations, Breathwork, Heartmath and Stress Management.

The Nova Smoking Cessation Program is an integrated approach designed to guide patients beyond nicotine dependence toward optimal health. Allopathic and naturopathic medicine, acupuncture with cognitive-behavioral approaches are combined to promote smoking cessation.
