Transformation, Inc., a Raleigh-based fitness and wellness studio will host a booth at Duke Heart Center’s Healthy Heart, Healthy Life: A Focus on Women. The annual event will take place on Saturday, February 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Brier Creek Country Club in Raleigh.

Healthy Heart, Healthy Life: A Focus on Women is February 16

RALEIGH, N.C. (February 13, 2008)—Barry Bragg, president and CEO of Transformation, Inc., a Raleigh-based health and wellness studio, announces today the company will participate in Duke Heart Center’s Healthy Heart, Healthy Life: A Focus on Women. The event takes place Saturday, February 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Brier Creek Country Club.

“We’re thrilled to participate in this celebration,” says Bragg. “This is a great opportunity to show the benefits that living a healthy lifestyle can have on the heart.”

Transformation will host a booth during the event's health fair from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Transformation representatives will discuss how living a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle can decrease the potential for heart disease, as well as the benefits of participating in Transformation programs.

The annual celebration includes a health fair followed by the feature presentation by Traci Todd, owner of Thyme for Tea. The event also includes expert advice on heart disease and women’s health from Duke cardiologists, a heart disease survivor fashion show and tea service with heart-healthy finger foods.
