GTCbio just announced its holding the annual Modern Drug Discovery and Development Summit taking place on October 15-17, 2008 in San Diego, CA.
Now in its fourth year, the summit will once again provide a landscape and in-depth industry analysis streaming through different therapeutic and target areas and examining the current advancements and where we’re headed in the coming years.
The M3D summit will include 6 full conference tracks, 3 short symposia, and 6 mini stand-alone sessions. The individual tracks will focus on biological therapeutics, translational medicine, drug design & lead discovery, emerging targets & therapeutics, pharmacokinetics & pharmacodynamics, and partnering, licensing & outsourcing. The 3 short symposia taking place the first morning of the summit will feature presentations on stem cells as tools for drug discovery, imaging technologies, and regulatory updates in the industry.
