Small business growth guru joins Board of Directors for leading provider of ACH, merchant account, and online payment technology to small businesses

Flagg is President and former co-owner of RegOnline, which he sold to The Active Network in October of 2007. Bill also founded Flagg Publications, which he sold in 2002.
An investor in and advisor to several private companies including, The Active Network, Gold Lake, SurveyGizmo, and Gallery Keoki, Flagg is passionate about industry-leading business and marketing practices, and loves to help organizations grow organically.
