Irvine, CA, July 1, 2008 — Young Chefs Academy (YCA), the most innovative children’s educational and entertainment concept today announced it will now have a franchise operating another of its children’s private cooking schools in Irvine, CA. This is the first in the Orange County area to help budding chefs learn the basics of cooking, while participating in the preparation of real recipes (that they get to taste at the end of each class). The newest YCA will be located at 15435 Jeffrey Road #A132 with a scheduled Grand Opening in August. Bryan and Gabriela Dell are both Irvine residents and the newest franchisees for Young Chefs Academy. They bring their love of children and passion for cooking to the mix.

Young Chefs Academy was founded in April 2003 by two entrepreneurial moms, Julie Burleson and Suzy Nettles in Waco, Texas. Burleson and Nettles love children and love cooking, and since March 2005 have developed this extraordinary franchise concept to serve children and their families in over 100 communities nationwide.
