Comcast Cable, Inc. And Harford Cable Network Partner with 2008 Vote The Power!™ Campaign As Media Sponsors

The 2008 VOTE THE POWER!™ CAMPAIGN is pleased to announce its new media sponsors for the Maryland Campaign 2008 Black and White Summer Gala.

Aberdeen, Maryland July 14, 2008 - Maryland based non-partisan voters campaign Vote The Power!™ is pleased to announce The Harford Cable Network and Comcast Cable, Inc. as new media partners for our 2008 Black and White Summer Gala.

Comcast Cable, Inc. and the Harford Cable Network, have joined the campaign as media partners. The function of these entities have included the promotion of the event in television interviews and the creation of a video public service announcement to be aired locally until the date of the event. The 2008 Vote The Power!™ is proud to have these entities support the gala and will showcase their efforts at the event.

The 2008 VOTE THE POWER!™ CAMPAIGN, will host the The 2008 Campaign Black and White Summer Gala on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Main Ballroom in Aberdeen, Maryland . Time of event is 6:00pm - 11:00pm. This event will honor the 45th Anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have A Dream” speech delivered on the steps at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. on August 28, 1963.
