Bedford Heights, OH, August 10, 2008 - Pyramyd Air has developed a revolutionary new service to further ensure customer satisfaction.
Called the 10-for-$10 Test, this unique service lets the customer request a series of 10 test shots from any gun ordered from Pyramyd Air. For only $10, the company's experienced airgun technicians will conduct the shooting and ensure that the gun functions as intended. The full list of services for $10 includes the following: Removing the gun from its box and shooting 10 shots through a chronograph. Listing the pellet used for the shots and sending the chronograph tape to the customer. Ensuring the gun cocks and functions reliably for all shots.
If the gun is a precharged pneumatic (PCP), Pyramyd Air will ensure that the gun does not leak and will also list the air pressure used to do the test.
If any gun does not function properly and pass all of its test, the technicians will retrieve a replacement gun and fire 10 more test shots. This service is available for any gun regardless of powerplant.
A certificate will accompany all tested guns and have an itemized list of all the tests performed in addition to the gun's name and serial number. Each certificate will be signed and dated by the technician who conducted the test.
The new service is expected to generate tremendous customer response. To accommodate the anticipated volume, Pyramyd Air has hired additional experienced airgun technicians to ensure continued timely shipments and service.
