New York City, NY – November 6th – Entrepreneur Edgar Perez presented fantastic evenings of upscale dining, Peru Grand Tasting Fall 2008, to audiences in New York (Nov. 12th) and Boston last night. Following on these successes, Mr. Perez is now taking the Peruvian experience to Washington DC, on November 19th; guests will be received at Las Canteras Restaurant by Chef Eddy Ancasi; furthermore, Mr. Perez is inviting President-Elect Barack Obama to join him and his guests to enjoy Flavors of Peru’s newest cocktail, the PiscObama Sour, a perfectly refreshing take on the traditional Peruvian Pisco Sour; PiscObama Sours will be offered to guests as aperitif, before they sit down for a multi-course dinner.
Mr. Perez manages www.flavorsofperu.com and Facebook group “Support Edgar’s quest to transform Peruvian dining in New York City!” to promote his Peruvian concepts.
