New York City, NY – November 15th – Entrepreneur Edgar Perez has presented two fantastic evenings of upscale dining, Peru Grand Tasting Fall 2008, to audiences in New York (Nov. 5th) and Boston (Nov. 12th). Following on these successes, Mr. Perez is now taking the Peruvian experience to Washington, DC, on November 19th. Guests will be received at Las Canteras Restaurant by Chef Eddy Ancasi. Furthermore, Mr. Perez is inviting President-Elect Barack Obama to join him and his guests to enjoy Flavors of Peru’s newest cocktail, the PiscObama Sour, a perfectly refreshing take on the traditional Peruvian Pisco Sour.
