The Blog is the brainchild of architect and walker Peter Stockwell who wanted to help Seniors navigate the confusion of the internet and find information about health, fitness and fast weight loss written by someone in their own age group.
Peter Stockwell says, “Too much fitness information is written for younger people and just does not apply to Seniors. My Blog not only gives tips and offers products which may be useful to older people but it is open for comments and enquiries. I hope it will be useful and promote discussion on everything connected with Senior health and fitness.”
As well as being a discussion forum The Senior Walking Fitness Blog has links to books and products which may be of interest to those visiting the website, which is updated on a regular basis.
