The residents of a New Orleans neighborhood will attend the “Beyond the Secret” seminar on understanding and applying the principles of “The Secret” and how to “attract” a new, productive, healthy, safe and prosperous community. Factors to be measured are residents' perceptions of safety, crime, drug-related activities, police incident reports, job openings, economic vitality, and others.
