ZURICH, July 2009 – The new partnership between Lufthansa Miles & More JetFriends and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts is designed with little guests in mind. JetFriends is the international airline’s Miles & More programme for children and young people, which enables young flyers to collect air miles as well as adults. And now Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts is also offering bonus miles when you book a room at one of its hotels.
Membership of the club for children and teenagers under seventeen is free and comes with numerous benefits: as a member, children get their own club card, may collect air miles and exchange them for interesting rewards, get 2000 bonus miles credited on registration, and may have their own JetFriends mailbox with an e-mail address for chatting online to JetFriends from all over the world including all sorts of activities and competitions. From now on, members of the JetFriends Club will earn an additional 1000 miles every time they stay in a Kids’ Room at our Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts. These hotel rooms, designed for children and young people, are specially decorated according to age group, with colouring pads, pens and cuddly toys provided for the youngest, and crossword puzzles, books and DVDs for the older ones. Most of the Kids’ Rooms interconnect with the parents’ room, or are next door to the parents’ room.
