She has over ten years of experience in career coaching and executive recruiting having services on all professional and academic levels in both corporate and non-profit environments. Katy formerly worked at Smith Hanley Associates as a Technical Recruiter in Chicago, specializing in the placement of programmers, business analysts and project managers.
