Mr. Freihofner has twenty years of sales and management experience at several top Wall Street firms. Most notably he spent five years at Morgan Stanley and four years at DLJ/Credit Suisse. Prior to founding Hickey Freihofner Capital he was Managing Director, Head of Convertible Sales, Trading & Research for Societe Generale's Cowen & Co. Over the course of his career, Mr. Freihofner has been instrumental in structuring innovative financial solutions and raising capital for many companies ranging from micro-cap biotechs to large-cap multinationals. At Hickey Freihofner Capital, Mr. Freihofner structures all of the firm's private placements and markets all new issues to the firm’s institutional investors. Mr. Freihofner has a BS from Brigham Young University (1984) and an MBA from Columbia University (1986). He holds series 7, 9, 10, 24, 27, 55 and 63 licenses, is registered with Brill Securities, Inc. and conducts all Hickey Freihofner Capital's investment banking through Brill Securities, Inc.
