U.S. - Mexico economic relationship to be examined as a part of a four day manufacturing in Mexico event to be held in Guaymas, Sonora.

Tucson, AZ, October 9, 2009 -- Deborah Riner, Chief Economist at the U.S. - Mexico Chamber of Commerce in Mexico City, Mexico will be one of a number of featured speakers at The Offshore Group's 15th Annual Manufacturing in Mexico Summit. The event will take place in Guaymas, Sonora from October 21 - 24, 2009 at the Plaza San Carlos Hotel.

Ms. Riner will address manufacturing executives on the present state of the highly integrated relationship that characterizes U.S - Mexico economic relations, as well as the challenges that this partnership faces in light of current global circumstances.

In addition to a full roster of expert speakers, the 15th Annual Manufacturing Summit will provide an environment in which manufacturers contemplating the establishment of production facilities in Mexico will have the opportunity to:
