Now, local jazz legend Leo “The Voice” Polk and his Dixieland trio will dazzle diners during Sunday Jazz Brunch at Bailey’s American Grille in Seabrook. The jazzy, Louis Armstrong-like notes from Polk’s trumpet are the perfect pairing with Executive Chef Roland Soza’s Gulf Coast brunch menu and the restaurant’s legendary mimosas and Bloody Marys.

The restaurant’s regionally-inspired brunch menu features Jumbo Gulf Shrimp & Grilled Andouille Grits, Crab Cakes Benedict and Venison Sausage Migas, along with Cornflake Crusted French Toast, Southern Fried Chicken and Waffles, Banana Pancakes, among many others.
