FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT
Sweden's melodic heavy/death metal band Arch Enemy will be bringing their Live and Khaos show to Kuala Lumpur's Chin Woo Stadium on April 24th 2012.
The supergroup - which features members from bands such as Carcass, Armageddon, Carnage, Mercyful Fate and Spiritual Beggars - will be taking to the stage at 20:00 local time and are promising a wild evening of hard-edged rock music.
Hailing from Halmstad, the band were founded by Carcass guitarist Michael Amott and Carnage's Johan Liiva, who was replaced as lead vocalist by bandmate Angela Gossow in 2000.
Over the years, Arch Enemy have produced nine studio records, a live album, three EPs and a pair of DVDs, with their most recent album Khaos Legions hitting stores in 2011 following a four-year gap between releases.
The album featured powerful tracks such as Yesterday Is Dead and Gone, Under Black Flags We March and Thorns In My Flesh, many of which are likely to be performed at the concert.
Tickets for the forthcoming Kuala Lumpur show can be purchased in advance for 148 ringgits (£30.90), while passes will also be available at the door for 188 ringgits.
