Jenna was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2009 after struggling with rapid weight loss, anemia and unbearable migraines among other symptoms. The gluten free diet is the only treatment for Celiac Disease, an autoimmune digestive disorder triggered by consumption of the protein called gluten which is found in wheat, barley and rye.
