HoneyBee Child’s SwingEase™ Wins Prestigious Cribsie New Arrival Award

The award honors the best new brands and products of 2013, as judged by the Cribsie Academy, a prestigious panel of industry leaders, experts, and celebrities

Chapel Hill, NC – March 31, 2014 – The annual Cribsie Awards recognized the HoneyBee Child SwingEase as one of the best new products of 2013. The Cribsies recognize the best products, services, and websites for babies and tots, and announced the winners on March 7, 2014.

All products were evaluated across four criteria: innovation, style/design, marketability, and utility. The Cribsie Academy determined that the SwingEase was worthy of the Cribsie New Arrival Award title. Cribsie Academy member, Jamie Grayson (The Gear Guy) says, "The SwingEase fills a need you didn't really think existed. How many times have you been to the park and not had swings appropriate for younger fun-seekers, or wanted a safer way to swing with your child in your lap? Look no further. This is brilliant."

The SwingEase is new, patent-pending product that enables babies and toddlers to safely and comfortably swing on a traditional playground swing. The SwingEase also allows a child to swing on a caregiver's lap while safely secured.

Entrants were judged by the Cribsie Academy, a panel of industry leaders, experts, and celebrities that includes Jessica Alba and Christopher Gavigan (The Honest Company), Alicia Barbo and Mary Ann Zoellner (NYT best-selling authors), Melisa Fluhr and Pam Ginocchio (Project Nursery), Audrey Goodson Kingo (Earnshaw’s), Jamie Grayson (The Gear Guy), Liz Gumbinner (Cool Mom Picks), Eli Gurock (Magic Beans), and Ali Wing (Giggle).
