TCPN Contract now allows schools to easily purchase Ident-A-Kid's Complete Campus Security Solution (CCSS) visitor management software through its nationwide purchasing network.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
St. Petersburg, FL -- Ident-A-Kid Services of America, the nation’s leader in child safety solutions, has been awarded a software contract by Region 4, the lead government agency for The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN), www.tcpn.org. This new contract provides discounts and opens up an easier avenue for school districts to purchase their Complete Campus Security Solution (CCSS) Visitor Management software.
TCPN’s lead agency uses a competitive solicitation process consistent with applicable procurement laws and regulations. Each solicitation contains language that advises all suppliers that the contract may be used by other government agencies throughout the United States. This allows Members of TCPN to take advantage of the procurement process being completed for them by a government agency.
“Ident-A-Kid is excited for this new relationship and the benefits it will provide our growing customer base. Whether the customer is a large school district or one school, it allows them to quickly implement a state of the art visitor management system for a negotiated low cost,” said Rick Hagan, CEO at Ident-A-Kid. He added, “CCSS will help keep schools safe and their front offices efficient.”
“TCPN is pleased to partner with Ident-A-Kid to offer campus security solutions for K12. Schools are able to document all visitor traffic and communicate with parents and the communities they serve through this software tool. Districts leverage their spending through this contract which was publicly solicited by a lead government agency, Region 4 Education Service Center,” says Chris Penny, Vice President of TCPN.
