Magdalena Dolas becomes PAA's New Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Polish American Association is pleased to announce Mrs. Magdalena Dolas as the organization’s new Executive Director.
Building upon her previous experience, Magdalena will oversee all aspects of the Polish American Association including strategic planning, program direction, fund development, staff management and community relations.
In various roles, Magdalena has been a part of PAA for 18 years. She previously served as interim Executive Director and, most recently as a Director of Operations.
“I have dedicated most of my professional career to the PAA’s mission to serve the diverse needs of the Polish community in the Chicago metro area by providing resources for changing lives.” said Magdalena Dolas. “I am inspired by PAA’s commitment to building and strengthening the Polish community of Chicago through advocacy, professional development and visionary programs. I look forward to building up on the progress the organization has made in recent years while working with PAA’s exceptional staff, board and funders to fulfill the organization’s mission.”

She has a superb record of leadership and service,” said Adam Kamieniak, Chairman of PAA’s Board of Directors. “Through her leadership, PAA is certain to continue to grow and develop new and unique programs to serve the Polish community.”
Magdalena’s new position is effective July 1st, 2016.
Founded in 1922, the Polish American Association is the nation's only human services organization providing a comprehensive range of bilingual and bicultural services to the Polish community and others in need.
