Nonprofit that connects Chicago's most vulnerable with resources to enable a better life gets an Executive Director.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
In order to strengthen our ability to connect people with community resources that will enable them to achieve a better quality of life, we are pleased to announce that we have hired Gary Kenzer as the Executive Director of Care for Friends (formerly, the 530 Fullerton Foundation)!
Gary is the former Executive Director of the Polish American Association, with a career that also has included roles with Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Community Nutrition Network, the National Association of Social Workers, and HonestReporting.com.
Our Board is excited about how this unique background will strengthen our ability to provide easy access to community, food and overall wellness for Chicago’s most vulnerable and under-served people, in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
Gary will work out of our office at 530 W. Fullerton Parkway, and can be reached at garyCareForFriends.org or 773.932.1010. We know that he is eager to meet all of our volunteers, donors, and friends of the organization - so please feel free to reach out to him to set up a visit.
