The CEO Business Alliance is pleased to announce that Tim Phillips, President of P & S Paving has become the newest member of the Alliance. Mr. Phillips membership increases to nine the number of Corporate Executives included in the Alliance.
The CEO Business Alliance is a not-for-profit corporation whose sole purpose is to improve the quality of life within Volusia County through job creation. The Alliance accomplishes this mission by assisting local companies with expansions and recruiting new companies. As a privately funded organization, the Alliance works collaboratively with Volusia County Economic Development and Team Volusia by providing support in areas where public funds cannot be used.
The Alliance focuses its work in three areas: direct solicitations and recruiting out of state business; public policy that impacts the county’s economic growth; and through increasing the inventory of available industrial sites.
