Chesterfield, MO -- Joe Edwards, a developer of the Delmar Loop, has exclusively hired Avison Young-St. Louis to lease office properties ranging from 600-10,000 square feet currently available on Delmar Boulevard in St. Louis and St. Louis County.

For the first time in 20 years, 10,000 square feet of office space is now available at 6633 Delmar.
Two floors, consisting of 5,000 square feet each, can be leased separately. Free parking to accommodate 400-plus cars is located immediately behind the building.

The iconic 1924 Tivoli Theater Building at 6358 Delmar is now offering 7,500 square feet that can be divided to 3,500 and 4,000 square feet, available for lease, comprising the entire third floor office space formerly occupied by the Riverfront Times.
