Team expands to accommodate rapidly growing portfolio at Norfolk, VA firm FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT
NORFOLK, VA, 15 JANUARY 2018– Real estate investment services firm Cohen Investment Group (CIG) announced the addition of three new team members during 2017 – Ben Arrington, Juanita Kelley, and Hannah Taylor.
CIG has named Ben Arrington as Acquisitions Analyst. With a prior background in underwriting and asset management, among other duties, Mr. Arrington brings a wide scope of knowledge and skills to the CIG team. He functions as the underwriter for potential acquisitions as well as overseeing the due diligence process and financing activities. He is joined in the property management efforts by another new CIG addition, Mrs. Juanita Kelley.
Mrs. Juanita Kelley, CPM, comes to Cohen Investment Group as Portfolio Asset Manager. Previously retired from the industry, Kelley brings CIG an unmatched breadth of knowledge and experience in the multifamily field as well as years of leadership in industry groups. As Portfolio Asset Manager, Juanita Kelley, CPM, will maintain Cohen Investment Group’s hands-on approach to asset management with their selected area property managers. Her strong leadership skills and detailed approach compliment the CIG strategy of tailored investments in real estate.
Cohen Investment Group has also added Investor Relations Manager Hannah Taylor to their growing team. Prior to coming to CIG, Ms. Taylor operated as Investor Relations Coordinator and financial analyst for a national publically traded real estate investment trust (REIT). Her new role with Cohen Investment Group will focus on private equity placement from a variety of sources as well as timely reporting on a quarterly and annual basis. Ms. Taylor will also function as the communications and investor liaison.
