Boston, MA -- On FAT Tuesday, February 13th, 2018, Beat Brasserie is bringing Bourbon Street to Harvard Square with “Le Mardi Gras, Carnival New Orleans!” Beginning at 4:00PM, come one, come all for an epic southern celebration featuring Cajun food, New Orleans libations by Berkshire Mountain Distillers, Inc., live music and all the Fat Tuesday fixings!

From 4:00PM – 12:00AM, all the wild ones are invited to savor the Cajun flavors with a la carte specials created by Executive Chef James Lyons, available in addition to the regular dinner menu. Pair the fare with Mardi Gras themed cocktails from New Orleans made with Berkshire Mountain Distillers, like one of Beat’s signature party favorites like Frozen Mint Julep with whiskey and fresh mint leaves, or the Ramos Gin Fizz, Cocktail à la Louisiane with Rye and absinthe, or a classic Hurricane or Vieux Carré.
