COVINGTON, LA (February 13, 2018)— On February 8, Planet Fitness presented a $5,000 oversized check to the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Louisiana to honor the official grand opening of its new Covington club, the 14th Louisiana location for franchisee Brandon Robinson.
The donation was given during an 11:00 a.m. ribbon cutting ceremony that took place at the new Planet Fitness club, located at 401 N US Hwy 190. The gift will benefit the Boys & Girls Club’s anti-bullying efforts, and represents Planet Fitness’ commitment to investing in the Covington area community through a number of goodwill initiatives.
