BOSTON, March 13, 2018 - Celeste Viciere, a renowned licensed mental health clinician (LMHC) and cognitive behavioral therapist, has published 365 Days of Intentional Living, a guided journal. The guided journal is available on www.theunitingcenter.com and Amazon.com.

Viciere’s guided journal is based on the idea that intentionally processing our thoughts on a daily basis can allow for clarity in understanding where our feelings stem from and provide the growth necessary for us to make mindful decisions.

"I believe in the power of living a conscious life,” said Viciere. “We often wait until tragedy occurs to begin to reassess our situations, but in order to remain healthy and whole in life, it is important for us to remain conscious of how we are affected by life's circumstances. All of our actions are shaped by how we feel, and how we feel is directly influenced by how we think.”

365 Days of Intentional Living provides a daily prompt and explains the process on how to journal. The prompts are repeated halfway through the guided journal to allow for reflection on how the journaler has changed throughout the process. The primary themes for each of the prompts focus on self-awareness and self-love, which Viciere believes provides the control to take ownership of one’s actions.

“Guided journaling can help people to embrace the power they can have over their emotions and enable them to make more clear-minded decisions around everyday situations that affect their lives,” Viciere continued. “The guided aspect, in particular, is important because many people do not really know where to start when journaling."

Additionally, a private Facebook group is available to those who purchase 365 Days of Intentional Living. The group will serve as a community to share experiences and observations as members make their way through the journaling process.
