Prince Amine Opens For Maitre Gims - Announces New Album

Canadian singer Prince Amine announces new album and will be the opening act for Maitre Gims on May 4th.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT

On May 4th Prince Amine will be the opening act for the French/Congolese superstar Maitre Gims at the Dagobert Nightclub in Quebec City, Canada. Earlier this year he opened for Gims' younger brother, Dadju, also a star in his own right, at Montréal's Theatre Berri and the show turned out SRO crowds to see the two on stage together. The young Canadian recording artist has also announced the upcoming release of a new album titled "Hram Vybez" (Red Rebel Productions).

Prince Amine is riding the high on the wave created by the success of his current single, "Fuego". The upcoming "Hram Vybez" will include the single along with six other previously unreleased songs. It will be available through digital retailers beginning May 11th. His next single to come off this LP will be "P.M.N. (Princess of My Nation)", and is scheduled to be released to Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop and Rhythmic radio stations across North America on May 14th. Select members of the press have already been serviced with an advance edition of "Hram Vybez" and from early indicators its reception has been warmly welcomed.

"Hram Vybez" is a playfully sex-charged, testosterone laced compilation of love and lust songs. So much so that many in the media received promotional condoms bearing the album's crowned tongue wetly licking a pair of glistening ruby red lips along with their advance copies. As a tie-in, Prince Amine's label, Red Rebel Productions, had planned to hold a record release and listening party in a Montréal sex shop, but unfortunately word about the event was leaked and rumor is it led to a bit of a misunderstanding with local authorities. Until further notice that event has now been put on hold, although it's now confirmed he will be appearing for a performance with Nigerian performer Mr. Eazi, a pioneer of the Banku music style, in Montréal at L'Olympia on June 30th.

Prince Amine's press kit will be provided upon request to all members of the media by contacting the representative listed below (also accepting requests for inclusion on the May 4th and the June 30th shows complimentary industry guest list). Details regarding his summer promo tour will follow soon and he will be available for interviews and/or appearances on the stops along each leg of the tour.
