REXDALE, ON - Fantasy Fair, ‘Ontario’s Largest Indoor Theme Park’ will launch the Gofindo App on June 29th 2018. Woodbine Mall and Fantasy Fair have chosen to implement Gofindo, a customer engagement platform, in the Fantasy Fair with the goal of revitalizing their physical retail environment to increase engagement and customer experiences within Woodbine Mall and Fantasy Fair. The Gofindo Application provides Fantasy Fair with a custom branded mobile application Interface allowing their customers to purchase and use ride tickets in real time. Through the Gofindo Application, Fantasy Fair and Woodbine Mall will be able to use Bluetooth Beacon Technology for proximity based marketing which will enhance interaction among attendees travelling through the Fantasy Fair. Through the current capturing of data analytics between consumers, merchants and the mall environment, Gofindo will be able to provide insight on how and when to trigger action. In the future, the understanding of these data trigger points will aid the Gofindo Platform in automating the customer engagement process at the right time(s) to consistently stimulate and increase customer engagement, foot traffic, dwell time, frequency in visits and overall customer spend.
