California-Based Restaurant Chain Welcomes New Valley Location FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT
Ono Hawaiian BBQ, best known for its island-inspired Hawaiian plates, continues its expansion within the Phoenix valley with the opening of the brand's 73rd restaurant. The Southern California-based business officially opens to the public on Friday, July 13, and will feature a celebration luau on grand opening day.
The luau festivities kick off with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:45 a.m., followed by a raffle from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at which time fifty $100 gift cards will be given away on the spot. The event will also have a Hawaiian dance performance from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., along with a buy one, get one free offer on all food items during business hours.
“Arizona continues to be a strong market for us, and it's exciting to see the positive reaction we've received at our Phoenix locations thus far,” said Joshua Liang, Chief Executive Officer of Ono Hawaiian BBQ. “Californians are rapidly becoming more familiar with our concept and brand - and my hope is that by building up our presence in Arizona, we're able to make Ono Hawaiian BBQ a household name there as well.”
Ono Hawaiian BBQ’s core menu features Hawaiian-inspired plate lunches and island specialties like Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, Spam Musubi and Chicken Katsu made through a fusion of flavors. The interior design incorporates an inviting yet industrial chic feel inspired by Hawaii’s rustic elements including reclaimed wood walls, rope lighting, aqua tiles and tropical planters.
