Legal GPS eliminates the problem of continually going online and doing long searches to locate the proper information. I look forward to working with Chris and his team and providing the key content necessary so business owners can get everything they need in one place, right on the Legal GPS app,” Rogers said.

Legal GPS is a proactive legal app with a huge database of contracts, checklists, videos, and actionable guidance. It is designed for entrepreneurs to prevent future legal problems from destroying their business.

The app focuses on a number of legal topics including forming new companies, hiring staff, operations, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and patents, website agreements, licenses, registrations and more.

The Legal GPS system uses a unique Legal Checkup to determine users’ needs and look for problems ahead. Users can perform a number of legal checkups, look for a specific topic, obtain contract documents, or search the legal library on their own. Each selection generates an Intelligent Questionnaire designed to anticipate avoidable problems, understand the dangers and opportunities and enable prompt action. The system is also designed to notify users when an issue requires the assistance of a specialist attorney.
