Lentech, Inc. has acquired Edge Space Systems, Inc; a recognized leader in providing aerospace thermal engineering solutions for space and launch systems, high altitude balloon missions, and terrestrial instruments. Edge customers include NASA, the Department of Defense, and commercial customers.
“Lentech is excited to be adding Edge Space Systems’ outstanding thermal and mechanical engineering staff to our team, further strengthening our systems and discipline engineering capabilities”, said Gregg Einfalt, Lentech’s President.
“The addition of Edge to Lentech’s existing engineering and technical services staff will enable us to explore new opportunities at other NASA Centers and with new customers including DARPA, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and the Naval Research Laboratory, as well as classified and commercial space customers”, added Andrew Gallegos, Lentech’s Founder and CEO.
