SEOUL, Aug 27, 2018 – Publisher and mobile game developer FourThirtyThree Inc. (4:33) announced that its mobile sport game Boxing Star has surpassed six million downloads within two months. The mobile version of the massively popular mobile game first released on the App Store and Google Play internationally on July 23.
Reaching this milestone is the latest in a string of successes for 4:33. It took the #1 spots on the iPhone App Stores’ free game charts in 19 countries during its first week of availability. In addition, the game has an average 4.7 rating on the App Stores.
Boxing Star features an immersive “Story Mode” in which players fight against challengers with unique fighting skills. Pitted in a boxing ring against the challenger, players must take on opponents with their own unique fighting styles and skills. Players can improve their boxers’ core skills through a skill-set upgrade, where they can master the jab, the hook and special moves to knock out their opponents.
A fairly deep character customization mechanic set this game apart from other boxing games. Character customization includes your outfit, accessories, hairstyle, skin color, clothing and tattoos.
Boxing Star is available on Android and iOS platforms in 140 countries.
