Hilton Pattaya Introduces Delicious Menus from Asian Herb ‘Lemongrass’

‘Lemongrass’ is a species of the grass family found in Asia, Africa and Australia. It is commonly used as a culinary herb throughout Asia and is able to relieve stomachaches, pain and treat the common cold. In September, Hilton Pattaya introduces ‘lemongrass’ as the seasonal ingredient of the month and invites guests to experience the uniqueness of its taste and aroma through our special creations.

Our Chefs from Flare Restaurant introduces the favorite Tom Yum in a different way, ‘Baked Seafood Fried Rice with Tom Yum Sauce and Lemongrass’, fried rice in spicy Tom Yum sauce with Canadian lobster, tiger prawn and Japanese scallop served together with fried shrimp chips and Tom Yum sauce at THB 650 nett. A Vietnamese dish is also recommended, ‘Vietnamese Grilled Pork with Lemongrass Skewers’ served with Vietnamese noodle, fresh vegetables, pickles and sweet and sour sauce at THB 350 nett. Available every day at Flare Restaurant on level 15 from 6pm – 10.30pm.

Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar introduces a wide selection of appetizers and desserts from lemongrass including ‘Salmon & Lemongrass Gyoza’ with Japanese Ponzu dipping sauce at THB 350 nett, ‘Moo Tord Takrai’ deep fried marinated pork with lemongrass served with sticky rice and spicy dipping sauce at THB 350 nett, ‘Moo Kam Wan’ grilled marinated pork with lemongrass served with fresh vegetables and lemongrass dipping sauce at THB 350 nett, Lime & Lemongrass Pie at THB 150 nett, Lemongrass Panna Cotta at THB 150 nett and Lemongrass, Mandarin & Coconut Sundae at THB 300 nett. Available every day at Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar on level 16 from 10am – 11pm.
