Staying true to their versatile business model, Vembu partners with AVOSEC to be widely available in the UK and the Balkans. Tell us briefly about AVOSEC?
AVOSEC is a Highly Value Added Distributor. Our head office is based in London, we also have offices in Bulgaria. The company has a 17 of years’ experience in the security market, with its employees coming from various security vendors, and recruited into the company for the excellence and industry knowledge. Our technology department is state-of-the-art and our team of technical gurus is the best in the industry.
We pride ourselves on service, support and will provide you with a product that suits any infrastructure and your budget.
What kinds of products & services you offer? Can you brief about that?
We primarily until now have distributed security solutions for endpoint, email, web and gateway solutions. We also now offer a Microsoft operating system alternative and now to complete the portfolio with Vembu backup.
What was the reason behind choosing Vembu as your strategic partner in the UK & Bulgaria?
We see a demand for backup and recovery solutions in our marketplace, one that is superior in features and covers all platforms. This is why we chose Vembu.
How do you think your customers can achieve optimal business continuity upon implementation of Vembu BDR Suite in their environments?
Vembu offers feature-rich solutions which are reliable, easy to navigate and offer excellent secure backups and we feel there is a need for such a solution in our marketplace.
What do you tend to achieve by partnering with Vembu Technologies?
Our partners and customer require a backup solution which is reliable, cost-effective and delivers excellent performance.
Can you tell us briefly about your joint strategy along with Vembu in your territories?
We already have an existing channel of few hundred reseller partners. We will be proactively offering the Vembu products to them. A lot of them actually need such a solution at present.
What do you think are the challenges ahead for your business and how you would like to overcome them?
The challenge will be to establish the brand Vembu in the UK, but with the help of our partners, it will be definitely achievable.
What would you like to say about Vembu’s AcePartner program?
We are new so its hard to comment.
Tell us about the technical and sales/support training provided by Vembu as a part of AcePartner program?
The sales / technical support is outstanding. We had few sales and technical presentations. The whole team was extremely satisfied.
