The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 17th Annual M&A Advisor Awards on November 6th at the 2018 M&A Advisor Awards Gala to a jubilant, sold-out crowd at the New York Athletic Club, New York, NY. Prairie Capital Advisors won the award for Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($100MM-$250MM) for the Sale of Bettcher Industries, Inc. to Morgenthaler Private Equity.
The M&A Atlas Awards were held on November 29, 2018 at the Metropolitan Club in New York. Prairie Capital Advisors received awards for USA ESOP Deal of the Year: Border States Electric acquires Kriz-Davis Co. and USA Private Equity Deal of the Year: Morgenthaler buys Bettcher Industries by Global M&A Network’s The M&A Atlas Awards at the 10th Annual Gala & Dinner Ceremony. Prairie was also a finalist for Outstanding Firm award categories: USA Boutique M&A Investment Bank and USA ESOP M&A Investment Bank.
