SSON's Shared Services & Outsourcing Impact Awards is a globally recognized, annual industry awards ceremony, which honors shared services center and service delivery teams who have exceeded industry standards in their shared services & outsourcing initiatives.
This year’s SSON Impact Award Winners were announced during the 2nd Annual Awards Gala held on the evening of March 13th, 2019 at the 23rd Annual North American Shared Services & Outsourcing Week, the largest and longest running event for shared services, global business services, and outsourcing professionals. The Awards Gala was hosted by ISG and included a special performance by Dave Coulier, Comedian and Actor of “Full House”.
