We are confident everyone can walk away feeling inspired and ready to support our families our teens and our youth in care as they walk along the pathway to empowerment and joy in their lives.”

Ventura County Children and Family Services’ Foster VC Kids, soon shifting to Homes with Heart VC, has been an innovative brand in the state of California serving predominantly as a recruitment tool in Ventura with a focus on family empowerment and having resource families walk alongside and support our families on their journey to reunification.
