Community volunteer groups will join PODS® Phoenix and CBS 5 for the 12th Annual Paul's 'Pay it Forward' Car Wash at the Desert Ridge Market FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT
(PHOENIX, Ariz.) – Oct. 17, 2019 – Starting Oct. 21-25 from 4:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., community volunteer groups will join PODS® Phoenix and CBS 5 for the 12th Annual Paul’s ‘Pay it Forward’ Car Wash at the Desert Ridge Marketplace – washing cars and accept donations to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona.
PODS® Phoenix is paying it forward by donating a PODS container, which will remain on site for the week-long event, to help store car wash supplies for volunteers. More than 2,500 people are expected to participate and watch the entertainment.
Community members are invited to come out and support Big Brothers Big Sisters by providing donations for a car wash. The week-long festivities cater to the whole family with performances by local dance groups, bands, and Phoenix Suns cheerleaders, with special appearances by Arizona Coyote players, Arizona Cardinals players, celebrities, and more.
“We are so excited to be giving back to the community that helps keep our business going. We believe that children are the future and we are happy to be donating to such a great cause,” says Steven Figueroa, Territory Manager of PODS Phoenix.
