Gustaine Group Advancing Major Integrated Coal & Export Infrastructure Platform in North America

Gustaine Group Advances Multi-Billion Dollar Strategic Capitalization of Integrated Global Coal & Export Infrastructure Platform

Sweet Grass, Montana – May 20, 2026 – Gustaine Group today announced significant progress on its flagship initiative — the development of a large-scale, vertically integrated coal, logistics, and industrial platform targeting up to $5.0 billion in strategic capitalization.

The platform features a 1.3 billion+ ton multi-basin reserve and resource position across metallurgical, PCI, and thermal coal assets in North America. This includes key holdings in the Donkin Basin, Powder River Basin strategic assets, Perry County, Knott County, and McCoy Elkhorn operations.

Key Highlights of the Platform Include:

  • 40 million tons per year of aggregate export logistics capacity, fully integrated from mine face to deep-water maritime terminals.
  • Targeted annual production scale of 40 million tons (30M thermal + 10M metallurgical/PCI).
  • Long-term projected run-rate EBITDA of approximately $1.9 billion annually.
  • Vertically integrated model encompassing extraction, processing, rail transportation, and ocean freight optimization for CFR Asia delivery.

“Gustaine Group is executing a disciplined strategy to unlock value from high-quality, permitted North American carbon assets positioned to serve global demand,” said Neel Gupta, Founder and Managing Director of Gustaine Group. “By combining substantial reserves with proprietary logistics and downstream optionality, we are building a resilient, first-quartile platform designed for long-term value creation.”

The company is currently engaged in confidential discussions with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners for the $5 billion capitalization program. Full technical, reserve, and financial details are available under NDA to qualified parties.
