GoldenVisaX is a fully automated digital platform where Citizenship by Investment and Golden Visa applications are securely submitted, managed and processed.
The platform allows an applicant to complete a full eligibility assessment, our recommendation engine pulls out the programs they qualify for, calculate total fees real time, open a live case file and upload identity documents to an encrypted vault — in a single guided session. Median completion time across the twelve-step wizard is 5 minutes process.

GoldenVisaX solves the problem, our decision engine does intelligent recommendation evaluating their Nationality, budget, timeline and family composition fed to a recommendation engine that returns only the programs an applicant actually qualifies for, ranked.
Client Risk Profile
Risk is scored as the applicant types. Nationality restrictions, source-of-funds concerns and prior visa refusals surface during the assessment. Their data is automatically fed to DD engine generating a report within minutes and the case file is sent to agent for review.

- File Engine - Clients can upload any number of supporting documents inside an encrypted, GDPR-compliant document vault designed to protect sensitive client information.
- Payment Engine - Processes onboarding payments and generates invoices automatically.
- Case Status Engine - Tracks every stage of the application, providing applicants with real-time progress updates.
- Messaging Engine - Allows applicants and advisors to exchange messages and supporting documents securely within the platform.
Pay just Retainer fee. No Investment needed
A $1,000 reservation opens the applicant's case and assigns a licensed agent. The reservation is credited toward the applicant's balance, and the qualifying investment itself is made only once the application receives approval in principle.
Agent Handling
Case files received are submitted by licensed agents to government authorities — a legal requirement, as issuing governments accept applications from authorised agents rather than directly from applicants. GoldenVisaX operates as a licensed partner for multiple programs and works alongside law firms, developers, banks and government units assuring peace of mind and safety to investors.
