We must confess, we’re flattered.
Building a brand takes time, patience, conviction, and an almost unreasonable commitment to having an identity of your own. We can understand why certain individuals might find the alternative of borrowing ours so appealing.
After all, why spend years earning recognition when you can simply introduce yourself using someone else’s?
There’s just one small problem. They copied the name. The standards apparently didn’t make the journey.
We’ve become aware of third parties using the OFFCULTURE name, or identities that could be mistaken for ours, to market services that have absolutely nothing to do with our business. Concerns have also been raised about the quality and promises associated with some of these operations.
To avoid any confusion, OFFCULTURE® is an independent fashion label operated by OffCulture Commerce Inc. We do not own, operate, endorse, or authorize the unrelated service businesses misrepresenting an affiliation with us.

But trust is earned through what you do, not what you call yourself. You can copy our identity in five minutes, but you cannot copy the years of thinking, work, and responsibility behind it. We sell clothes, not reputations for people to borrow.”
