The new wellness center in Pasadena offers cold plunge therapy, private infrared sauna suites, full-spectrum red light therapy, licensed massage therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and NormaTec sequential compression therapy all available under one roof with flexible membership and single-session access.
The studio is located adjacent to Urth Caffe on Colorado Boulevard, with convenient access for residents of South Pasadena, San Marino, Arcadia, and Altadena. As a purpose-built recovery center in Pasadena, the facility was designed around the principle that meaningful physical recovery requires addressing multiple physiological systems simultaneously, not managing symptoms one at a time.
New clients are invited to begin with the 7-Day Trial, which provides unrestricted access to all services including cold plunge Pasadena sessions, infrared sauna, red light therapy, NormaTec compression therapy, and lymphatic drainage massage. Monthly membership options are available with no long-term contract commitment. Day passes are also offered for session-by-session access.
